Apple Peel: what's included

Do you still remember the Apple Peel 520 from Yosion (China) which claimed to turn iPod Touch into an iPhone? It is now on sale in Singapore!

EleBestGPS is listing Apple Peel 520 for sale at SGD$119 (~USD$91.40). iOS 4.0 is supported. Based on the screenshots, Apple Peel now support English language and enhanced user interface.

Apple Peel in English language

Apple Peel works in Singapore but incoming SMS messages would missing some characters. It works on GSM network but not GPRS (hack needed). With Apple Peel 520, the iPod Touch charging time takes 5-6 hours and it doesn’t explore.

However, the installation is not plug & play. iPod Touch has to jailbreak to work with Apple Peel 520. Jailbreaking is not for everyone and it void the warranty.

Buying advice: Buy Apple Peel 520 only if you are an experienced jailbreaker.
