Apple iPhone 4 Price in Malaysia (Unofficial)

Posted: 24 Jun 2010 01:38 PM PDT

Apple iPhone 4 (white color)

Malaysia: Apple iPhone 4 has start selling in US, France, Germany, UK and Japan. Malaysians would need to wait for few more months before local telcos offer iPhone 4.

But, if you have a lot of money to spend, you could be the very first few Malaysians who own iPhone 4. Here is the unofficial Apple iPhone 4 price list:

Apple iPhone 4 16GB (Black) – RM3,800
Apple iPhone 4 32GB (Black) – RM4,300

*Add RM200 to get WHITE version of iPhone 4.

The iPhone 4 is unlocked, supports any carrier’s SIM card. The seller would also help to cut your SIM card to micro-SIM size to fit into iPhone 4.

Please let me know in the comment below if you know a different iPhone 4 price.

My two cents

This is ridiculous! Overpriced! You could get a local iPhone 4 at half of the price when it is released locally, which means only 2 or 3 months later.

Also, do consider about the product warranty. iPhone 4 probably does not have International Warranty. If anything goes wrong with the “unofficial-sold-iPhone-4″, you can’t get it fixed for free.

For these reasons, I do not recommend the unofficial sales of iPhone 4.

The Bombproof Backup Workflow of Professional Photographer [Video]

Ever wonder what are the workflow and backup solutions of a professional photographer? Chase Jarvis shares his bombproof backup workflow for his every photos, videos, and files.

Bestselling external hard drives on Amazon.com

I must admit, my jaw dropped when I was watching the video. The backup workflow is so secure and.. luxurious. He only uses Apple computers and G-Technology hard drives, has hard drives farm in office.

In a nutshell, an ultimate backup solution should…

  1. backup everything.
  2. always have at least 2 copies of backups.
  3. Do not store backups in the same place.

It seems easy but not in the real-life.

The only backup I have is the 500GB external hard disk that backup my iMac using Time Machine. In contrast, my web server, which powered this site, has a slightly better backup solution: 2 hard disks with RAID 1, and daily remote backup.

How about you? What’s your computer backup setup?
